Swedish Massage is the most common and best-known type of massage technique. If it's your first time, Swedish body massage is the perfect place to start. Swedish massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage that is very good to relax soft body tissue and facilitate healing. It is lighter in touch than other forms of massage techniques and includes long flowing strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on more superficial layers of the muscles. It can loosen stiff joints, reduce muscle tension, and help clear nasal or chest congestion.

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is designed to reach the deep sections of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibers.  Using deep muscle compression and friction along the grain of the muscle, the purpose of Deep Tissue Massage is to "unstick" the fibers of the muscles and release both toxins and deeply held tension points. Specific hand positions and strokes are used to elicit a response from various tissues while breath and movement techniques are employed to release muscular congestion. It helps to loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and get blood and oxygen circulating properly. It is both corrective and therapeutic. It is beneficial for many physical problems, including sports injuries and chronic pain. Because it works very deeply, emotional issues can also be addressed, when these have been stored in the body.

Rain Drop Therapy is a method of using essential oils applied to various locations of the body, mostly on the back and feet, in combination with Vita Flex, reflexology and other massage techniques.   This gentle touch helps  to bring the body into structural and electrical alignment.  It is designed to bring balance to the body with its relaxing and mild application. It will help align the energy centers of the body and release them if blocked, without using hard pressure.

Rapid Pain Elimination is a structural science that has the capacity to literally reconstruct, restore and re-sculpt the spine and the entire skeletal and muscular system back to a natural comfortable alignment that moves freely and pain free.  It is for all types of pain in soft and hard tissue. This includes muscles, nerves, connective tissue and fascia in all parts of the body. This work is highly effective for spinal pain, injuries, mis-alignments, pinched nerves, shoulder and neck problems and more. It helps correct cranial and T.M.J. difficulties and problems of the feet, knees, ankles, hands and wrists including carpal tunnel syndrome and associative problems.

Acupressure is an ancient Asian healing art that originated over 5,000 years ago.  Acupressure uses finger pressure on specific points to activate the body's natural ability to balance and heal itself.  It can be helpful for a wide variety of ailments including headaches, nausea, general aches and pains, colds and flu, arthritis, asthma, nervous tension, menstrual cramps, sinus problems and toothaches.
